General Statement of Warranty For Geocomms Systems
GeoComms warranties from defects, all our manufactured equipment for a period of 12 months. Our systems must
pass a rigorous set of postproduction tests before delivery to the end user.
For all warranty claims and approved service providers please contact your distributor in the first instance
otherwise contact GC Internationl Ltd
Warranties will not include problems rising from non-GeoComms manufactured items such as uhf/vhf radio's, which
may be interfaced to our systems. We also reserve the right to withhold warranty due to excessive wear and tear or
the failure to do the most basic of maintenance.
Specifically we warranty:
- Helmet - to include bone mic, speakers, downlead & visor
- GeoComms Intercom Receiver - to include internal components, waterproof case & external connectors
- Manual PTT Case- to include internal components, external PTT button, external connectors & waterproof
case
- Remote PTT Case - to include internal components, waterproof case, external connectors & PTT Fob
Long-term regular maintenance programs are available through GeoComms upon client request and will be handled on
an individual basis.
